# Hill climb: locate speed and route changes through every ascent

## A review entry without a lap list

A hill climb follows one continuous route with dense corners, changing elevation and changing light. Top speed locates the fastest road section. Peak G helps find hard braking, compression or sustained load through linked corners. Selecting a metric returns to the exact road position while keeping the approach and exit visible.

## Workflow

1. Record route, video, speed and G-force from start to finish.
2. Use top speed or peak G to enter the key road position.
3. Review corner shape, gradient, light and driver input around it.
4. Create an adjustable segment for review, discussion or output.

A hill climb does not need to imitate circuit-lap logic. Speed and load along the route create useful questions about high-speed stability, braking points, hairpin transitions and corner-exit acceleration, building a reference for the next run.
